Our Water System

The Town Board sets the water rates and fees after the budget for the next year is approved. The water fund is an enterprise fund and state statutes require that the fund be self-sustaining. Billed water, tap fees, and development fees are the only source of revenue for this fund and all revenues collected are only used to fund the water service and water infrastructure in the Town. 

Non Potable Watering

Non potable water is operational from April 15th - October 15th each year.




Our Sanitary Sewer System

The Town Board sets the sewer rates and fees after the budget for the next year is approved. The Sanitation Fund is an enterprise fund and state statutes require that the fund be self-sustaining. Billed sewer, tap fees, trash collection fees and development fees are the only source of revenue for this fund and all revenues collected are only used to fund the sanitation services and sewer infrastructure in the Town.

2026:

Reline the Graefe Avenue sewer line from Jackie Ann Street to 1st Avenue (Completed March 2026 cost: $169812.79)

Install EOL Manhole at the north end of 1st Avenue sewer line. (Completed April 2026 cost: $25000 )

Install 8" water main and 3 new fire hydrants on Railroad Avenue 3rd Street north to 4th Street and Hayden Avenue. (Scheduled start 4/27/2026)
