The Town Board sets the water rates and fees after the budget for the next year is approved. The water fund is an enterprise fund and state statutes require that the fund be self-sustaining. Billed water, tap fees, and development fees are the only source of revenue for this fund and all revenues collected are only used to fund the water service and water infrastructure in the Town.

Billed sewer, tap fees, trash collection fees and development fees are the only source of revenue for this fund and all revenues collected are only used to fund the sanitation services and sewer infrastructure in the Town.
