Municipal Utilities
You may sign up for an online account using the widget available on the bottom left of this page, "Pay Online," or you may go to www.XpressBillPay.com directly to sign up. You will need your six-digit account number, with no dashes or decimals, to sign up. Please feel free to call us at 970-834-2844 to get your account number, if necessary.
If you receive a red notice and need an extra day or two to get your payment in, please reach out to our office; we are happy to work with you within reasonable time frames.
Please do not hesitate to reach out. If your water is turned off, you will be charged a $100.00 turn on fee.
If you receive a red notice, and choose to pay online, you must call and let us know you have made a payment or risk a shutoff despite your payment.
If you have already been shutoff, and you choose to make a payment online, you must call and let us know you have made payment, to have your water turned back on. It is not an automatic process; we need to be informed of your payment to turn your water back on. Please be advised that you will be charged a $100.00 turn on fee if your water is shut off.
If you are anywhere within the red notice / shutoff cycle, and you choose to pay online, you must let us know you've made a payment to prevent shutoff, or to get your water back on.
You are always welcome to come into the office during business hours, or utilize our outside, 24-hour drop box to make a payment, at any stage of the billing cycle.

Water
The Town of Ault’s water source is from the Colorado-Big Thompson (CBT) project which is filtered through the Soldier Canyon filter plant and delivered by North Weld County Water District.
Sewer
Ault maintains its own wastewater treatment plant located on the south end of Town.
Trash
Ault contracts with Waste Management for trash pickup. Currently, you are allowed one 96 gallon polycart, which should be requested through the Town Hall, and Waste Management will provide it. Additional carts and Recycling Services can be requested through Waste Management at (970) 482-6319 and are at your own cost. Any request made for special pickup may incur additional costs, which will be billed directly to the homeowner/tenant by Waste Management.
Please have trash cans out by 6:00 a.m. on Thursday mornings. If there is a legal holiday during the week, trash will be picked up on Friday, same time.
If your trash was not picked up, or your polycart is broken, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible at 970-834-2844 so we can request assistance from Waste Management for you.
Street Maintenance and Repair Fee
The $4.78 is paid by all Town accounts and is applied to our Street Maintenance and Repair fund.
