Police Department
The Ault Police Department is responsible for law enforcement coverage for the Town of Ault and the Town of Pierce, providing 24-hour operations to assist you. Business office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm, excluding weekends and holidays. For non-emergency calls, the Police Department can be reached at (970) 834-1336. For emergency calls please dial 9-1-1. To contact the on-duty officer after 4:30pm, on the Weekends or Holidays, contact Weld County Communications at (970) 356-1212 option 4. Dispatch will contact the officer to return your call or for Police Services.

The Ault Police Department’s mission is to enhance the quality of life within the Town of Ault by working closely with citizens in the development and delivery of professional police services.
